Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I have been reading similar reviews for the past hour.

I was just about to order one of the insignias, not going to now. Too many problems and I have already had that horrible customer experience with the Geek Squad on several other occassions, no thank you.

Nothing was done to help fix the insignia tv

There was no attempt to fix the situation. He sent me else where. People like that dont help should be fired.

Poor customer service

I bought a new 19 inch TV at Best Buy today. I had to call to get it installed. I have never experience such a rude and impatient woman as the one who helped me set up the TV. Your instruction sheet is not very helpful. The individual was very impatient with me and when I asked her to repeat something I hadn't heard, she would say you need to let me finish. She did that several times.

Refrigerator Repair

Fridge not getting proper tempurature. Customer service was terrible. Gave me a number to call after for possible repair snd it was the exact same number i just called.

Tv issue

TV miles use the second from the right still not working I don't know what happened to it it's just a blue screen and it won't go to the home menu at all I haven't damaged it at all

Washer broken

I bought a washer one year ago august 8/2020 Its keaking from the bottom and the drum is loose Im from canada I cannot get any answers from customer service its terrible I called the phone number for us and canada the custoner service in the us saud there us a 45 day grace period but csnada customer service us terrible

Tablet not working

Insignia Model NS-P10W8100 bought few months ago is not working. The customer support number is simply namesake to say that "We have customer service" The only option they gave me was to return it to Best Buy. Tablet stopped working for no reason and none of the 4 recovery options worked. There is no hardware reset and the software reset won't work since it is extremely poorly designed product

User's recommendation: Do not buy Insignia products - pricewise little cheap - qualitywise extremely poor - customer svc none.

Tv has issues I bought less than two years ago

The tv will be working fine then the screen goes black and the voice continues to talk. It happens every time I use tv.

Remote control issues

My Insignia remote control stopped working. After weeks of trying to solve the solution thru Insignia Company and reprogramming it is still not working. My TV was gifted to me and bought at Best Buy. Insignia Rep now informs me that I need to contact the person who bought the TV for me and have them look up the Code Number on their receipt so I can then recall Insignia Rep and provide them with that number, then send my current remote control back to them so I can have them ship me a new one, and restart the reprogramming via telephone with them. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Signia In receive my new remote.

Tv black screen

TV got black screened in a year!! I can't reach anybody at insignia for 2 weeks. I have tried to call and ask for warranty information or what I can do

I tried calling insignia but your on hold forever n who's got a hour to sit on hold, I just need help with my TV

Rude Customer Service

On the phone with one of the customer care agents doing as she asks then she tells me to find the input button on the tv I say okay just let me plug my television back she then hollers MAAM FIND THE INPUT BUTTON!!! I replied excuse me and she hung up!!! Terrible Terrible Ill never call again and Im done with Insignia televisions which is one of my favorite brands, this is my fourth purchase by the way
