Insignia Refrigerator NS-RTM21SS7
Had the refrigerator for a little over a year. Minor issues with melting items in both the fridge and freezer sections.
Over the past two weeks, the refrigerator section was at the lowest temperature and completely froze all items in the refrigerator to the point of breaking a shelf while exploding coke cans, etc. Major clean up afterwards. Contacted Insignia CS, due to purchasing the faulty fridge in a little over a year ago, they would not provide any support. Told me to bring my refrigerator to a repair shop.
Absolutely absurd and the worst customer service I have ever received. This is the only Insignia product I've ever purchased and will be my last.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $710.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
